There are two things that Hailey has been punished the most for. The first putting her or other's lives in physical danger. The second one being, allowing others to put her mental health in jeopardy. On her trip to FETCON, she allowed other women to do just that. This was the first ten-minutes, of a twenty-minute razor strapping, for having to refresh that concept.
