What makes Emily so impressive, is that she was able to accept my Hawaiian mana paddle, with very little trouble. You see it has a storied past that goes all the way back to 1982. I was gifted this mini-Hawaiian war canoe paddle, made from the same wood the ancients used. I had it blessed by a local Kahuna... the who deal. I of course, was also spanker who saw it has an implement, as well. I remember the first time I used it on my first wife Marie at the beach (in our back room) She only got through five with the paddle, before begging me to finish with the Kadima paddle. Later, when I was with my second wife, Michelle. I was going to paddle her with it for punishment. Alan, had taken the Kadima paddle home to use on his girlfriend. Michelle told me 'No! I hear about! Meaning she had heard from Alan's girlfriend about that paddle, when Marie had told her about it. Michelle was willing to get double with the Kadima paddle, when Alan brought it back. The paddle went into a box when I moved from Hawaii and I found it decades later. I let Hailey experience it and she begged me to not use it. Then came Emily all these years later!
