I got a call from Hailey's boyfriend about a situation she was put in (without protocols) and paid the price. Not only that...but she severely burned her had on the same day after admittedly drinking a little too much. One Hailey had cleared the timeframe needed; she knew her next trip was to see me...and that she was in real trouble. Her time alone let her get inside herself a little (so to speak) and realize once again what was important in her life and finding the balance of career and family.
