I have always seen 'the carrot and the stick' (not always in that order) but still a viable way of noticing improvements, in women's changing behaviors. This is more so the case when relationships have formed over time. That is a better way to judge these improvements. Hailey really came a long way, over these years. I have seen her improvements and have been quick to point these out, as well as giving her the discipline she needed in her life, when she slipped. This implement has really been in the disciplinary trenches, from Tiki ( the first implement, I ever used on Sierra Salem) That of course, made it a special punishment implement for Samantha Woodley, Scarlet and Raven, just to name a few. It also only took six licks, to really change Austin's bad mood one night, as well.
