The story behind this implement (and why I use implements for years) is this was the one implement Sierra Salem chose at a party, for a punishment she would receive. Sierra (as many know) was a handful sometimes. When I told her that she was going to be punished the night of the vendors party (for misbehavior on the drive to Vegas) I decided to let her choose an implement from a table of her choice. I saw her chatting with the girl at the table for a while. I saw her letting the vendor give her licks on her open-hand, pulling them back and rubbing her hands together. She came back to me having purchased the tawse, you see in this video. As I took her by the hand, to lead her back to the room for her punishment, many of the partygoers seemed to have taken an interest in this. Turned out Sierra had mentioned that she was choosing an implement to be 'severely spanked' with. I hadn't told Sierra how severe her spanking would be, so that was all her.
