I bought this strap as a punishment implement for Sierra and Samantha ( when they were both living with me) They both did something very foolish (and possibly life-altering) that I won't get into, but the fact that this is a prison strap, should give you a rough idea. When Hailey did things in her past, I let her know that she would become very familiar with this strap. Just like Nikki Rough (who got her car booted) I never used this strap as maintenance, always punishment. The day after my 50th birthday, when Tiki (who was in town) came back to see us. I could smell the familiar margarita on her breath. It was Sierra who actually brought it to me and suggested it. Sierra had met Tiki before and knew that if she had done the same, she would have gotten that. Tiki was beyond embarrassed when she got that strap (hard) on the bare, in front of Sierra, Samantha and Jennifer Brooks.

Hailey hates this strap... But she hates all straps!
